About

Hi, I’m Moira Gill—creator of Mosaic UX and Mosaic Dispatch.

I help teams make digital products and experiences easier to navigate, use, and scale. Simplifying user flows, restructuring information so people can find what they need, fixing patterns that make things harder than they should be. Whether the goal is improving a product used by millions or supporting a campaign that needs to reach the right people, I bring structure to what feels messy and momentum to what feels stalled.

My projects have ranged from corporate platforms serving 30M+ users, to nonprofits cutting operational drag, to health-tech tools supporting research, to startups figuring out what to build and why.

Getting to the root of what’s not working and building something better goes back to my training. I studied journalism, where I learned to observe closely, ask sharper questions, and shape information into something people can actually use. That instinct carried into content strategy, UX, and consulting across industries. I also spent time in advocacy, where I led digital strategy and communications for policy initiatives that required aligning systems, messaging, and people across institutions that don’t move quickly or simply.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across products, platforms, and public efforts—and learned how much is possible when the right things are named, shaped, and built with care.

Mosaic Dispatch is my open notebook. Every Thursday I share field notes, studio reflections, and tools from building my own business and designing for the people and systems that shape digital life.
